Whether you are a young sailor or a parent looking to get your child out on the water for the first time, this season is shaping up to be one of our best yet. Here are the highlights you won’t want to miss:
Six Weeks of Summer Sailing
Our hallmark Summer Youth Sailing Program returns for six action-packed weeks. Designed for kids (ages 8–12) in the mornings and youth (ages 12–18) in the afternoons, these sessions are the heart of our summer at TI Park.

Registration: Required for all sessions. Spaces will up fast, so be sure to secure your spot early!
The Big Races
Get ready for some friendly competition and local pride. We have two major race events on the calendar this year:

TIPYC vs. ABM: Our annual showdown with the Antique Boat Museum. It’s always a highlight of the summer—bring your own boat or cheer on our fleet from the shore.

TIPYC Cup: A chance for our sailors to showcase everything they’ve learned throughout the six-week program and a chance to get their name on the one-of-a kind TIPYC Cup.
Social Highlights
It’s not just about what happens on the water; it’s about the community at the Park.

Season Opener (Saturday, June 27): Join us at the Yacht Shop at 5:00 PM to kick off the summer. It’s the perfect time to meet the counselors, catch up with old friends, and pick up some new TIPYC gear.

End of Season Party (Thursday, August 6): We’ll wrap up the year at the Pavilion with food, drinks, and our traditional celebrations, including the tub races and the final jump!
